Analyses enable an assessment on the trilateral agreed ecological targets. Results are published as Quality status report regularly. Investigations are done with regard to the following issues of concern primarily (Kellermann, A. et al. 1994): - Effects of climate change on the morphology, - Effects of pollutant inputs (nutrients and contaminants) on processes, species and communities, - Effects of fisheries on species and communities, - Effects of recreational activities on species, - Effects of agricultural utilization on salt marsh communities.
Aus Basis-DLM AAA-Modellierung erstellter blattschnittfreier Waldlayer im Bereich Schleswig-Holstein. Die Einzelflächen aus dem Original Datenbestand wurden in diesem Shape über das Wertefeld VEG zusammengerechnet und als Gesamtfläche der Kategorien "Wald" und "Gehoelz" wiedergegeben.
! Wichtiger Hinweis: ! Der Waldlayer stellt keine rechtliche Grundlage zum Waldentscheid auf Basis des Landeswaldgesetzes (Begriffsbestimmung laut §2 LWaldG) dar, sondern dient als Orientierungshilfe! ! Es kann nicht für 100%ige Richtig- und Vollständigkeit garantiert werden, da die Erfassung ohne Anhalten von Fachdaten und mit einer erlaubten Fehlertoleranz geschehen ist. So gilt z.B. für die linienhafte Abgrenzung von Nachbarschaften eine Fehlertoleranz von +/- 15m nach den Standards der AdV als erlaubt.
Es wird die Kulisse der Waldstandorte innerhalb von FFH-Gebieten und mit Vorkommen der FFH-Wald-LRT dargestellt. Grundlage hierfür ist eine Auswertung der Ergebnisse der Biotopkartierung mit Stand 2021 nach Vorkommen von Wald-LRT in FFH-Gebieten.
Die Karten enthalten Hinweise für eine Einzelfallprüfung zum Auf- und Einbringen von Material nach der Bundes-Bodenschutzverordnung (BBodSchV, § 7, Abs. 6). Diese werden ausgelöst, wenn in Wäldern Material auf- oder eingebracht wird. Die Prüfung kann ein Verbot des Auf- und Einbringens von Material ergeben oder dieses an bestimmte Bedingungen knüpfen. Die betroffenen Flächen werden grün dargestellt. Die Hinweiskarte zum Auf- und Einbringen von Material in Böden dient vorwiegend für die konkrete Planung vor Ort.
Wälder nach § 14 des Landeswaldgesetzes Schleswig-Holsteins - Naturwald
Die vorliegenden Daten entsprechen den Darstellungen des Landschaftsrahmenplans-SH 2019. Unter Umständen sind mittlerweile aktuellere Datensätze verfügbar.
Die Einzelflächen aus dem Original Datenbestand des ATKIS/Basis-DLM wurden in diesem Shape über das Wertefeld VEG zusammengerechnet und so ein blattschnittfreier Waldlayer im Bereich Schleswig-Holstein erzeugt. Diese Waldflächen wurden mit einer Aggregationsentfernung von 30m aggregiert und die Flächengrößen >= 5 ha (nach Neuberechnung der Flächen) ausselektiert.
Die vorliegenden Daten entsprechen den Darstellungen des Landschaftsrahmenplans-SH 2019. Unter Umständen sind mittlerweile aktuellere Datensätze verfügbar.
